At Phoebus Link, we are committed to providing high-quality smart vehicle solutions. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with all original protective films and factory-sealed packaging intact.

2. Return Shipping Costs

• Quality Issues: If the item is defective or damaged, Phoebus Link will cover the return shipping costs.

• Non-Quality Issues: For returns due to personal preference or compatibility issues where the product is not at fault, the customer is responsible for providing and paying for return shipping services.

3. Restocking Fee Please note that all authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

4. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@phoebuslink.com. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
