1. Free Global Shipping We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our entire store, including our AI Boxes, Dashcams, and Thermal Imagers. No minimum purchase is required.
2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery To ensure the fastest delivery, we utilize a global fulfillment network. Depending on your location and stock availability, your order may be dispatched from our regional warehouses (including US/EU hubs) or our global manufacturing center in Shenzhen.
Standard Shipping: Estimated 7-15 business days. Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for select regions, estimated 3-7 business days. Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
4. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Phoebus Link is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damaged or Lost Packages If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@phoebuslink.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
